I created Forever Mellow as an energy practice designed for real life — a space to help your system settle, restore balance and move through your days with clarity and ease. I’ve worked with energy since 2010, became a Reiki Master in 2020 and a certified Crystal Healer in 2023. My sessions blend Reiki, crystals and Integrative Energy Mapping — a technique similar to BodyTalk. By commingling these, I gently uncover where stress patterns linger and guide the nervous system back into alignment.
